WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? 

Production on most items is 5 business days + shipping. Limited Edition Prints and Functional Ceramics are typically 2–3 weeks + shipping. You can reach out with questions any time by texting (217) 825-5677 or emailing dean [at] deanclarkart [dot] com. 

CAN I PICK UP AT YOUR STUDIO IN MOWEAQUA? 

YES – Functional Ceramic orders can be picked up at my Studio once we have arranged a date and time for pick up. NO – All of my print orders are produced and shipped from my amazing fine art printing partner in North Carolina. Due to the vast number of sizes and style options I offer, I don't keep inventory at my Studio. Original paintings may be picked up at the Studio and will be arranged accordingly. 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER? 

Unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Typically orders go 
into production the next business day, but sometimes same-day depending on the order time. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order by texting

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY? 

I want you to LOVE your artwork! We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request photos of the damage or to have the order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please contact by texting

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PRINT AND AN ORIGINAL? 

PRINTS: A print is a very high-quality reproduction of an original painting. My prints are created by taking very high-resolution photographs of my original paintings, and then printing them onto museum-quality, archival papers and other materials. My prints have digital signatures printed onto them. 

LIMITED EDITIONS: A Limited Edition is typically hand-signed and numbered, personally by me. Limited Editions have a very specific number of pieces produced, and sometimes they are limited by the amount of time I make them available. 

SPECIAL EDITIONS: A Special Edition is a print without a limited quantity or timeline that is personally hand-signed, numbered or otherwise personalized by me. 

ARTIST-ENHANCED CANVAS: This is a hybrid print/original. I order a print of an existing piece on canvas, then apply additional paint back on to that canvas. The result is a one-of-a-kind version of an existing piece. This is a perfect option if you missed purchasing a piece for which the original has already been sold, or when you’d like the look and feel of an original without the price tag. ORIGINALS: An Original Painting is just that – a one-of-a-kind painting, done completely by hand by me. Original paintings vary in size and material.
